Equipment

Kettunen Center offers a variety of audiovisual equipment including a 12-station computer lab. Wireless Internet is available throughout the center including in the main building, the Mawby Learning Center (Lakeview Room, Aspen Lodge and Birch Lodge) and Cedar Lodge.

Projection screens, whiteboards, easels and lecterns can be set up in all meeting areas (no whiteboard in Ford A, however).

The following equipment is available upon request:

  • SVGA video/data projector*

  • ELMO document projector*

  • Kodak 35 mm slide projector

  • Overhead projector

  • Color video projection monitor (for large screen presentations)

  • VHS Video Cassette Recorders

  • DVD player

  • 12-station computer lab*

*Indicates there is a rental fee on this equipment.

Sound System

The Lakeview Room is equipped with a complete sound and ceiling mounted data projector system, which has an in-room microphone. Wireless lapel microphones, mounted speaker microphones and portable sound sytems are available in main meeting rooms. The central sound system permits music or announcements to be piped into the dining area or any meeting room.

Office Support Services

There is a conference coordinator's office with a computer, printer, copy and fax services available for your convenience. There are also computers at several locations around the center for guests to use for email or Internet purposes.
